Contact BitCine Guide

Questions, corrections, business inquiries, or copyright concerns: here’s where each one goes.

General Inquiries

Got a question about a platform, a film, or something you read on BitCine Guide? We’re happy to hear it. Whether you’re asking about where to watch a specific title, questioning something in one of our guides, or just want to share feedback, we read everything that comes in.

This is also the right place for suggestions. If there’s a show or platform you think we should cover, such as a new release on Netflix, a title that moved from one service to another, or a free platform we haven’t written about yet, let us know. We track the streaming space closely and reader tips genuinely inform what we cover next.

Reach us at [email protected]. We aim to reply within 48 hours. Mentioning the specific page or title you’re writing about helps us respond faster and more accurately.

Content Corrections

Streaming availability changes fast. A film listed on Tubi last month might be on Plex now. A release date shifts. A platform pulls a title from its library without notice. We update BitCine Guide regularly, but things slip through.

If you spot something outdated or inaccurate, please flag it. Send the URL of the page, what’s incorrect, and a source if you have one, to [email protected] with “Correction” in the subject line. We review every flagged item within 48 hours and push updates as soon as we’ve confirmed the fix.

DMCA Takedown Requests

BitCine Guide publishes written editorial content about streaming platforms and films. We don’t host, stream, or distribute any video content.

If you believe something on this site infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, send a formal DMCA takedown notice to [email protected]. To process your request without delays, include the following:

  • Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, mailing address)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • The specific URL(s) on BitCine Guide where the allegedly infringing content appears
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your electronic or physical signature

We respond to valid DMCA notices within 24 to 48 hours. After reviewing your request, we’ll remove or disable access to the content if the claim holds up, notify the relevant party where applicable, and confirm the outcome by email. Incomplete notices slow things down considerably. Include everything listed above in your first message.
